Baked Ziti. It’s delicious. Only it’s not technically Ziti, as it was made with Penne. And, it’s easy…You will need 2 eggs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, ~4 tbsp whipped cream cheese, splash of milk, a package of
ziti penne, ~28 oz pasta sauce ( I used Ragu Clasico for convenience), and 1-1.5 cups mozzarella.
