Friday night is Awesome night…

…because we made pizza from scratch for the first time.

Awesomeness in the Round

First up: Dough.  We took dear fiancé’s Italian grandmother’s bread recipe, rolled it out and popped it in the oven at 400° for 1o minutes.

All said and done, the pizza took about 20-25 minutes to cook at 375°.  Easy, breezy, and way cheaper than delivery!

    Definitely is a hunting blog for the cheese lovers! And the dollops of mozzarella cheese sticks is priceless.

    1. Well, it’s not exactly (easily) shred-able and pulling the strings apart is time consuming and inconsistent. What’s a girl to do?….Get a sharp knife and chop chop chop, that’s what!
